In the latter case the missed dose should be skipped and the next dose should be taken at the normal time. The tablets should be swallowed with some water or other drink preferably at the same time every day. It is important that the total daily dose is taken at one time.For initiation and continuation of treatment of postmenopausal symptoms the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration of time should be used (see also Warnings and Precautions).In women not taking HRT or women who switch from a continuous combined HRT product treatment with OVESTIN may be started on any day.
